                        They're quirky and they're clever
               with each new word endeavor.
                They'll be online forever,

               Their houses are neglected,
               their spouses feel rejected.

11 Commandments of Acrophobia

1. Thou shalt not cast thy vote for an Acro which thou dost not like,   simply to keepeth thy vote away from a deserving challenger.  Thou shalt   vote with honest intent to reward quality.

2. Thou shalt not cheat_by_doing_this, or ByDoingThis, or by-doing-this.

3. If someone violates Commandment #2, thou shalt not encourage such   cheating by casting thy vote for that player.

4. Thou shalt create only Acros that verily are on the chosen topic, and   not just whatever shalt come into thy head.

5. If someone violates Commandment #4, thou shalt not encourage off-topic   Acros by casting thy vote for that player.

6. Thou shalt not violate the spirit of the "Keep it Clean" rooms.  If   thou canst not think of a "B" word which does not refer to the upper   portion of the female anatomy, or thou dost feel obliged to grace the   game with a plethora of scattological references, then hie thee hence to   the "Adult Language" play area.

7. Thou shalt not give up ALL pretense of creativity in order to claim   the Speed Bonus.  Be thou not so lame as to type "AA II TT BB GG," merely   to hold the Speed Bonus as thine own.  Thou wilt not achieve victory   thereby, and thou art depriving some more worthy soul.

8. If someone has clearly violated Commandment #7, thou shalt not   encourage inappropriate speed-grabbing Acros by casting thy vote for that   player.

9. Thou shalt not drop out of the game near the end if thou hast little   chance of winning, or between the end of the Game Proper and the   Showdown.  Thou shalt honor the victors by staying to cast thy votes in   the Showdown.

10. Thou shalt not fill up the chat box with mindless gibberish.   Remember that when thou typest out words one letter per line, thou art   filling up the chat boxes of thy fellow players.

11. Thou shalt act like a decent human being, and not take advantage of   thine anonymity to behavest like an ape.
